About COCCIA Ford Service
Located at 577 E Main St, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702, COCCIA Ford Service operates as an auto repair shop serving Wilkes-Barre in Pennsylvania. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
Auto repair in the United States is split between independent shops, dealership service departments and national chains. Independents handle most routine work (oil changes, brakes, tune-ups, check-engine diagnostics) at lower labor rates and often specialize in one make or in imports; dealers keep factory tools, software and warranty authority; chains sell speed and standard pricing on maintenance items. Most shops charge a diagnostic fee, credited toward the repair if you go ahead, and quote parts and labor separately. Certification matters: look for ASE-certified technicians and, in many states, a state repair license posted at the counter. Written estimates are required by law in most states before work begins, and you are entitled to your old parts if you ask.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. The most common schedule is 7 amβ5:30 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (570) 823-8888. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, cocciaford.com.
Customers rate it 4.8 out of 5 on Google across 556 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded auto repair shops in Wilkes-Barre.
Wilkes-Barre is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Wilkes-Barre follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

We couldn't be more happy with the experience at Coccia Ford. We've been to many other dealerships and it was never like the experience we had at Coccia Ford. No pressure, relaxed atmosphere. Kathy-Jo was great! She went above and beyond to make the whole experience as relaxed as possible, including occupying my twin girls with coloring activities. She'll also work with her team to get you the deal you are looking for without any haggling. We are so glad we made the trip up there to purchase the vehicle. Highly recommend this dealership.

My Coccia salesman, Andrew, the Coccia sales manager, Casey, and the finance manager, Kevin, are true assets to the organization. This is the fourth vehicle weβve purchased from Coccia, and each experience has been better than the last. After owning four Lexus vehicles back-to-back, I was unsure about switching to a Lincoln product. However, after a test drive and having all my questions answered, there was no way I could say no. The Nautilus exceeded every need I had and offered a level of luxury I never knew I needed. Andrew, in particular, was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely attentive throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, never made me feel pressured, and made sure every detail was handled smoothly. His professionalism and friendly approach made the experience not just easy, but truly enjoyable. Iβm so happy with my vehicle and the tremendous buying experience I had at Coccia Lincoln. I highly recommend stopping by the dealership and seeing for yourselfβyou wonβt be disappointed!

My experience at coccia for was great! My sales person was Dustin! I spoke with him on the phone about purchasing a vehicle and trading mine in (which they gave me a better trade in price then anywhere else). He helped me pick a car for the price range I was looking for. We did a credit application over the phone. I didnβt get back to him for a few days and he didnβt pest me every single day like other dealerships I had looked at. He was ready for me when I was ready to come look at some cars. When I had got to Coccia Ford to see the car we were interested with I actually found another one I wanted! He helped me get the car I really wanted. When it was time to come pick the car up he had everything already ready for me. I just needed to sign my paperwork. He then showed me all of the perks of the car and helped me set my phone up and my ford pass app up! Overall it was a great experience! Would 100% recommend purchasing from Coccia Ford! Ask for Dustin!

I was beyond pleased with my Coccia sales experience. My salesman Mike was extremely knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. He was patient and helped get me the Bronco of my dreams. I will definitely go back to Coccia when I need another vehicle in the future.
